Cielle Fashion will gladly offer store credit or exchange to customers wanting to return items within 15 days of receipt.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Cielle Fashion will give you store credit, however we do not do refunds. The following items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
Any and all Intimate apparel and hosiery
Make up/beauty supplies
Any and all Jewelry
White articles of clothing.
All sale, clearance and promotional items.
To receive store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace clothing or shoes if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with a photo of damaged item and we will gladly work with you to make sure that you receive a non-defective product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
